About Sarah
I am a fully qualified and registered Psychotherapist working in Ultimo. I'm empathic, curious, non-judgmental and down to earth. Quite simply, I enjoy listening to, being with, and supporting people to express themselves, know themselves better, and feel greater freedom and authenticity in their lives. Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I worked as a mental health nurse in a wide variety of settings in both Sydney and Melbourne.
I am committed to ethical practice, human rights and social justice. I engage in ongoing professional and personal development as well as my own regular clinical supervision.
Outside of work, I have lots of interests and hobbies, music in particular, but I also love being in nature, and I enjoy podcasts, art, cinema, and taking photographs.
